About the role:
Our Assistant Branch Managers support the Branch Manager with operations and the day-to-day running of the branch; oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists, ensuring their success; maintain a safe workplace.
Duties include:

Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales & packing team members to reach their full potential

Provide sales and service to trade, industrial & mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge

Manage & resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely & professional manner
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who we’re looking for:

Supervisory experience or ready to take the next step in your career
-
Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience (desirable)

Experience building strong relationships with all customers; creating ‘moments that matter’
-
A solution-focussed problem-solver
-
Sound computer skills
-
Conscious of workplace safety always
-
Hold a valid driver’s license
