We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our aged care retirement village in Kallangur, QLD.
This front-facing role provides high-quality reception and administrative support to residents, families, visitors, staff and the Village Manager. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage reception and clerical duties, and contribute positively to a values-based aged care environment.
Experience in aged care or healthcare is desirable.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Christadelphian Aged Care and needs to the meet the following criteria:
- The ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience in aged care or hospital environment also an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Able to converse with the elderly.
- Computer literate.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Current Police Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening
- Right to Work is essential.
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
