About MUGU

MUGU is a Melbourne-based online furniture brand
We design and assemble all products locally in our Kensington warehouse, with a small, hands-on team that values quality and design.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Assembly Assistant to join our small team.
You’ll be helping with furniture assembly, packaging, and general warehouse operations.
This is a 2 days roll, ideal for someone practical, reliable, and who enjoys physical work in a calm and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and package modular furniture using hand hammer
All assembly work is completed using a 24oz hammer.
Manage inventory and assist with restocking and dispatch
Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries

What We’re Looking For

Able to communicate in basic English (for instructions and safety)
Physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Comfortable using simple tools (e.g., hammer)
Interest in e-commerce is a plus

Job Details

Job Type: Starting as contractor 1-2 days (Ideal for Students)
Pay: A$27.00 – A$35.00 per hour (based on experience & performance)
Location: Kensington, VIC (Train & tram nearby, parking available)
Start Date: Immediate
