About the role:
Europcar has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our VIC and TAS team on a full time basis. This position will be based in Melbourne with regular site visits within the VIC and TAS network and interstate.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our VIC and TAS team and enhancing a culture of excellence in ancillary sales and customer service.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Onboarding new employees, training in systems, rental operations and any other changes in operations procedures.
Deliver high-quality, targeted training that enhances the customer experience and supports business growth targets
Partner with L&D and HR teams to ensure training needs and learning outcomes are reflected in the design and development of learning programs
Use Workday Learning to assign, track, and report on training completion, ensuring compliance and accurate learning records
Support employees and leaders in using Workday Learning, including troubleshooting access issues and guiding them through learning pathways
Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and tracking and readership of policies and procedures as required.
Work with the L&D team to support ongoing development, including reviewing and creating content and driving eLearning completion across VIC and TAS
Generate and analyse Workday learning reports to provide insights on training uptake, compliance, and capability gaps
To be considered for this position you should possess:
Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification
Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable
Previous experience managing staff is an advantage
Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities
Excellent writing skills and communication skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and to build strong partnerships
Ability to work autonomously (with minimal supervision) and use initiative
A current and valid Driver's Licence (full licence) is essential
Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly
