Position: Full-time

Renumeration: $72,000 – $82,000 per year + superannuation

The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organised, meticulous and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team. This role suits someone who thrives on being across every detail, takes ownership of their work and enjoys keeping a busy clinic running smoothly. We're a values-driven team that combines high standards with a warm, down-to-earth way of working. We’re looking for someone who aligns with these values and is not afraid to take initiative. The role is based at our Bundall clinic (our HQ), with regular coordination of our Tweed Heads location. Flexibility, high attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential as we continue to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the glue that holds our clinic together - the first point of contact for patients and the person who keeps our team, schedules, supplies and daily operations on track. You'll be trusted to take ownership of the details that keep the clinic professional and patient-focused and to spot where systems or processes can run better. This is a hands-on, high-trust role that will grow in scope as our clinics do.

A Typical Day Would Look Like

Running our morning team huddle
Welcoming patients and managing bookings, phone calls, check-ins, and payments
Coordinating the nurses' and admin team's schedules to keep the clinic running smoothly
Overseeing KPIs and tasks for clinic staff
Ordering supplies and coordinating equipment and clinic maintenance
Overseeing front desk standards and troubleshooting everyday issues
Supporting the wider team with timesheets, meetings, and training needs

The Successful Candidate

Minimum 2 years' experience in office or clinic management - sales or retail experience is beneficial but not crucial
Meticulous and highly organised - you have your finger on the pulse
A strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Exceptional customer service skills - charismatic, empathetic, and professional
Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy obligations
Comfortable coordinating and supporting a small admin team to keep on top of shared goals
Tech-savvy with confidence troubleshooting everyday tech issues
A team player who respects colleagues and contributes positively to workplace culture
Own reliable transport, as travel between Bundall and Tweed Heads may be required
