Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and business systems
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in system integration, deployment, and software upgrades
- Conduct software testing, code reviews, and performance optimisation
- Maintain technical documentation, development records, and system reports
- Ensure software solutions comply with security, quality, and industry standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, development tools, and best practices
- Assist in improving existing systems and identifying opportunities for automation and innovation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar software development role
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, programming languages, and application frameworks
- Experience with frontend and backend development technologies
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, and cloud-based environments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Good understanding of software testing, security practices, and version control systems
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality technical solutions
