Come join the fastest growing detailing company at GDetail Melbourne. We’re looking for high-energy, dependable people who want more than just hourly pay. This role combines hands-on detailing, customer interaction, and performance/sales bonuses.

If you like working with your hands, talking to people, and getting paid more when you perform better — you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Actually Do:

This is a customer-facing field role. Your responsibilities include:

Interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
Working directly with customers at their home.
Explaining services clearly and professionally.
Recommending upgrades or future services.
Introducing customers to our maintenance programs (no pressure sales).
Communicating job updates and basic customer support.
Representing the company with professionalism and confidence.

You are trusted to manage your time, your work quality, and your customer interactions.

Commission based pay.

Valid driver’s license.

Detail experience is a plus, but not required (paid training).
