At Bayside, we’re looking for motivated, driven, and coachable Personal Trainers and Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Personal Trainer at Fitness First Bayside, you will:

Conduct 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions
Run small group training sessions (optional)
Perform health consultations and movement assessments
Design personalised training programs
Help members achieve long-term health and fitness results

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

Certificate IV in Fitness
First Aid & CPR
Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
Fitness Registration (AusActive/Fitrec)
Full Australian working rights

Most Important:

A great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Experience is preferred but not essential. If you’re coachable, motivated, and passionate about becoming a great trainer, we’ll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

If you’re not yet qualified but are passionate about starting a career in fitness, we’d still love to hear from you.

We can help connect you with our industry partners so you can complete your qualifications while learning within our club environment.
