THE ROLE

Duties include but not limited to:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on client service.
Administration support to the Financial Planning team.
Maintaining client database.
Preparation of client review documentation.
Implementation of client advice.
Prepare and lodge applications and follow through to completion.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a highly organised, committed, and dedicated individual with a strong desire to build a career in Client Services. You will demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership, showing accountability, pride, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

The successful candidate will demonstrate

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong Word and Excel skills
Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
