We’re now looking for a Part Time Diploma Educator — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you’ll work
With an active role in the community and an easy to reach location, Californian Gully Kindergarten offers all children the best start to their lifelong education journey as they learn alongside passionate and supportive educators dedicated to helping them achieve the best outcomes. The team are seeking educators who share this drive to empower children to embrace their learning and facilitate engaging experiences.
Role Details:
Diploma Educator
Tuesday and Wednesday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
14 contact hours + 3.5 non-contact hours = 17.5 hours per week
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
