Our Workshop:
CDC NSW has 11 workshops across greater Sydney and the Hunter region. Our workshops are large, modern and well equipped with all up to date tools and equipment our teams need. Our equipment is well maintained, and we are proud to hold both our ISO 9001 (Quality) as well as ISO 55000 (Assets) standards. Safety is our number one priority.
We operate 7 days a week and allow for flexible rosters and shifts to suit all lifestyles. We offer the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models including diesel products from Volvo, Scania, Iveco and Mercedes right through to the latest in zero emission and electric buses.
About the role:
We are looking for a Heavy Vehicle - Diesel Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis at our Dural depot from 2:00PM to 10:00PM.
Our Diesel Mechanics:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the diesel engines for our buses.

Diagnose engine faults
-
Perform regular servicing such as oil changes and filter replacements,
-
Conduct complex repairs on components like fuel systems, turbochargers, and exhaust systems
-
Attend to breakdowns, accidents and incidents.
About you:

You will be ready to learn and grow your skills and help develop the next generation of industry specialists.

Technical skills such as Motor Vehicle Trade Licence required.

Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Inspection

A MR or HR driver's licence or willingness to obtain.
