About the Role:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant/Tecnician who thrives on structure, precision, and efficiency.
If you have experience in customer service, hospitality or warehouse dispatch then please apply. No prior qualifications are required, just a can-do attitute and willingness to learn.
The right person will start in dispatch and work their way up in the orgnisation.
This role is a could result to further development if the right candidate is found.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming prescriptions and workflows to ensure patient orders are correct.
- Packaging and shipping processes to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering and records are complete.
- Collaborate with the pharmacist and team to refine processes for optimal efficiency.
About You:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong focus on processes and workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Effective communicator and team player with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong maths skills (basic arthemetic is mandatory) and a foundation in biology would be helpful.
- Prior pharmacy or fulfillment experience is highly desirable.
