Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate front-of-house team and oversee the delivery of an exceptional dining experience in the Hunter Valley Region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a thriving, fast-paced hospitality environment where quality, service, and leadership are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the restaurant team to consistently deliver outstanding service
Ensure high standards of food presentation, quality, and safety are maintained
Drive operational success through effective cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Foster a positive team culture with a strong focus on training, development, and performance
Seamless execution of F&B operations including daily service, functions and events
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and employment standards
Manage rosters, labour costs, and staffing to optimise efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Hospitality Management, (or equivalent) OR minimum 3 years managerial industry experience
At least 2 years’ proven experience in a management role within a hospitality setting
A genuine passion for customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation abilities
Solid understanding of the Modern Award system and National Employment Standards
Confident with financial reporting, including budgets and wage cost control
Personality and flare, this role requires interaction with our customers, marketing and socials team
Familiarity with OH&S/WH&S practices
