- Deliver purposeful, engaging learning in Business & Humanities using the Australian Curriculum through an IB-informed approach.
- Build strong, caring relationships with students, staff and families.
- Assess, track and report on student progress with clarity and care.
- Contribute to co‑curricular life and the wider College community.
- Create learning environments where students feel confident, curious and capable.
