Barry Plant Real Estate is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, professional, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling communications, assisting with projects, and providing outstanding administrative support while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Requirements

A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent Victorian real estate registration/licensing requirements)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent computer and administrative skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong time management and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director's diary, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate correspondence and communications
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
Assist with marketing, projects, and business initiatives
Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
Handle confidential information with discretion
