MDM Administration Officer

Location: Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350

About the Role

Cancer Services is looking for a Multidisciplinary Meeting (MDM) Administration Officer to provide leave cover over a 3-month period. This role supports the coordination of multidisciplinary team meetings, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient administrative processes that contribute to high-quality patient care. The position offers flexibility with full time or part time arrangements and requires availability for early morning start times (7:00am or 7:30am).

Coordinate MDM schedules and logistics
Prepare and manage meeting documentation
Support clear team communication
Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with admin processes across teams

Skills & Experience

Certificate III or IV Business Administration and/or significant experience in a similar role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with medical terminology and health systems
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
