The role
We have the perfect opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a generalist HR administrator. This role will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience in HR Administration. You will be mentored and guided by a team of experienced HR professionals as you help drive employee development initiatives and assist with end-to-end HR processes.
This is a fantastic entry-level HR opportunity, and the perfect candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback and embraces all the development opportunities that come with this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR Managers with end-to-end HR administrative activities, ensuring accurate documentation, data management, and timely support
- Provide generalist HR administration support across multiple functional areas, including recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, and other admin functions across the full employee lifecycle
- Act as a key support resource for the HR Coordinator and Early Careers Advisor during high-volume periods, contributing to efficient team operations
- Design, update, and maintain induction schedule templates to support structured and effective onboarding experiences
- Coordinate HR administration and invoicing for key accounts, maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance with internal controls
- Contribute to HR projects by providing administrative, coordination, and reporting support as required
About you
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Some prior experience in HR coordination within a professional services environment is desirable
- A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to manage time well
- Clear communicator with a high level of attention to detail
- Friendly and responsive to internal clients with the ability to build relationships a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System or Learning Management Systems is a plus
- An eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
