About the Role:
As an integral member of our R&D department, you will conduct laboratory testing, prepare samples, and deliver precise and reliable data to support product development. Your adherence to rigorous safety protocols and lab procedures will ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute laboratory tests, including pre- and post-analytical processes, with precision.
- Prepare and manage test samples ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Follow established testing methodologies and protocols meticulously.
- Support research activities by gathering and compiling relevant data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all tests and results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Keep laboratory equipment well-maintained and workspaces clean and organised.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Solid understanding of laboratory safety and hygiene practices.
- Experience handling lab equipment is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in data recording and document management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum qualification: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
