Multiple casual Support Worker roles available in Roselands.

Salary Packaging: $ 15,900 + $ 2,650 entertainment.

About The Role:

Join Northcott as we seek multiple driven Casual Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Roselands and the surrounding areas, supporting people with disabilities to live more independently.

Running the day-to-day delivery of programs and activities in our day programs and Respite.
Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence.
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care.
Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:

Experience supporting customers in an Everyday Life Skills, Work & Study program.
Confidence in facilitating engaging group activities such as art, music, swimming, gardening, or drama.
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with epilepsy management plans, complex behaviours, high physical support and behavioural support plans.
Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster.
Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
