What you'll be doing:
Customer Service Attendants:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Operating attractions and ensuring a safe, fun experience for everyone
- Keeping the venue clean, presentable, and running smoothly
- Supporting the team during busy periods and special events
Team Leaders:
- Supervising and motivating team members during busy service periods
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading by example
- Handling guest concerns with confidence and a positive attitude
- Assisting with opening, closing, and shift leadership duties
What we're looking for:
Customer Service Attendants:
- A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Reliability and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
- Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential
Team Leaders:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- High energy, reliability, and a natural ability to lead people
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
