About the role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the team!
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC2) Continence and Stoma Management provides advanced nursing expertise and works collaboratively with healthcare teams across acute and community settings to support patient management.
This specialist role delivers advanced clinical assessment, care planning, leadership, and consultancy services, whilst working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support evidence-based patient care and positive health outcomes.
