The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our ANZ team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving commercial insight and business performance across ANZ. You will contribute to shaping pricing strategies, evaluating business cases, and supporting key strategic projects. As a subject matter expert, you will provide deep insights into performance across products, customers, channels, and geographics, enabling data-driven decision making across the business.

Your responsibilities:

Analyse commercial performance across products, customers, contracts, and channels to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain pricing tools to drive consistency and standardisation across the business.
Monitor and analyse contract performance (revenue, profitability, market share),and proactively recommend actions for improvement.
Support strategic projects including pricing competitiveness and business case analysis.
Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision making across the business.

To be successful:

5+ years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative, with a solutions-focused mindset.
