About Us!

We have a long history of providing exceptional care that empowers older people to live a full life. As a not-for-profit aged care provider, we’re able to invest in providing an exceptional experience to our clients as well as support and develop our frontline staff to achieve this.

The Role: Grafton | Casual | Care Service Employee

You will be responsible for:

Assisting residents with personal care including showering
Supporting residents with meals
Contributing to care planning with registered staff
Documenting care and services provided to residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities

#LI-DNI

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
- Able to do night shifts
- Must have a full working rights
