Salary: AUD $76,515–$80,000 plus superannuation

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Representative to join our agency, Ray White Lara. The role involves assisting with the listing, marketing and sale of residential properties, as well as supporting clients throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in listing residential properties for sale

Advising prospective buyers on property features, pricing and market conditions

Supporting the appraisal and presentation of properties for sale

Promoting and marketing properties through online platforms and advertising channels

Arranging and conducting open homes and private inspections

Liaising with clients, buyers, and stakeholders throughout the sales process

Assisting in negotiations and preparation of sales documentation

Following up on enquiries and identifying suitable properties for buyers

Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with real estate legislation and agency procedures

Skills & Experience Required:

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria) or eligibility to obtain

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management support, or a closely related property services role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with CRM systems and digital property marketing tools

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Full Real Estate Licence (Victoria) is highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
