Project Assistant/Coordinator (MANDARIN Speaking)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Assistant to support project delivery, administration, and coordination activities. This role requires a candidate with basic CAD skills, strong organisational abilities, and fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare basic CAD drawings using at least one CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Assist with project take-offs and cost estimates
Create and update simple manufacturing drawings
Support the manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution
Handle basic administrative tasks
Maintain and update company website and social media platforms
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one CAD software
Ability to produce basic technical/manufacturing drawings
Experience or understanding of project take-offs and estimating (basic level)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Fluency in Mandarin (required) and English
Basic knowledge of website management and social media handling
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Highly Regarded)

Experience or knowledge in estimating and project take-offs
Background in construction, manufacturing, or engineering
Familiarity with project coordination workflows

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
