Your Duties Will Include:
· Installing various metal roofing systems (Colorbond, Zincalume, etc.) to a high standard.
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing gutters, downpipes, and fascia.
· Accurately diagnosing and efficiently repairing roof leaks on different roof types.
· Working safely with a range of roofing materials and adhering to project specifications.
· Collaborating effectively with other team members and potentially apprentices.
· Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant Australian standards and regulations.
· Maintaining a clean and organized work site.
· Tile removal & minor tile replacements and repairs.
To Be Successful You'll Need To Be Able To:
· A minimum of 3 years experience
· Certificate III in roof plumbing or equivalent
· Provide evidence of proven experience in roof plumbing, showcasing your expertise in metal roofing and associated components.
· Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
· Work effectively both independently, managing your tasks efficiently, and as a collaborative member of a team.
· A current Western Australian driver's license and have reliable transportation.
· Prioritise and adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines on site.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients.
· The ability to work independently or in a team
· Good time management
· Problem-solve effectively and find practical solutions to roofing challenges.
· Have potential to grow into a leading hand role.
