Reporting to the HR Connect Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, the Human Resources Administrator (HRMS) will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities. Success in this role will require the ability to quickly develop an understanding of relevant WA Health Industrial Instruments. The role may also provide support across general administration, HR enquiries and recruitment administration as required. Training will be provided.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and diligence combined with speed and flexibility/adaptability to ensure this project is successful within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a HR Administrator, you will provide professional and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this fast-paced role, you will:

Learn the various WA Health Industrial Instruments

Complete Permanency Reviews in line with SMHS policies and procedures
-
Assist HR Business Partners and HR Connect Manager with project management administrative support
-
Support the team with general administrative tasks as required, including answering the hunt line and answering project queries in the inbox

Other duties as required by the HR Connect Manager
