Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking a Computer Services Team Leader to supervise and support our Infrastructure Systems, End-Point Compute and Desktop Support teams. This role combines team leadership with the opportunity to step in and conduct technical work across operational and project environments when required.
As the Computer Services Team Leader you will lead and support a team of technical specialists responsible for infrastructure, desktop, and endpoint services that underpin both clinical and corporate operations. This hands-on role includes delivering business as usual support and contributing to project implementations when required. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving service excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and applying pragmatic problem solving approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in leading ICT teams within complex environments, along with strong technical capabilities across infrastructure, desktop, and endpoint services. You will thrive in fast paced settings and be comfortable switching between people leadership and direct technical delivery. A customer focused mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to achieving outcomes are essential.
This is a rare chance to lead a capable technical team while keeping your skills current on the tools and making a real difference through technology. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply now.
