About the Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for motivated casual Lifeguards to join the Cockburn ARC team; helping create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will maintain safe pool supervision, respond to emergencies, and deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment for all patrons.
About you
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused and customer-oriented individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to stay alert under pressure, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and positive aquatic environment.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:
- RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
- The ability to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends).

Salary and Benefits: $40.35 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading.
