The Role:

Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Knoxfield. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.

At Millennium, you'll be joining one of Australia’s leading Integrated Services companies, where your contribution truly makes a difference.

We have Full time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
Monitor and manage security operations across the center
Operate and review CCTV systems to ensure safety and compliance
Conduct regular patrols (day and night shifts available)
Respond promptly to incidents and provide exceptional customer service
Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience
Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures
Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.
Assess and respond to situations of risk.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid Security License
Basic First Aid and CPR certification
Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)
Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)
Reliable transportation (preferred).
The ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail
A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
