We're looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at our largest Robotics site in Australia. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of the equipment that powers our fulfilment and delivery operations.
Working within a highly automated environment, you'll be responsible for planning preventative maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and using data to drive equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with technicians, site leaders, and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities are planned effectively and critical assets remain available when needed.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
- Manage and maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring asset data, maintenance plans, and work orders are accurate and up to date.
- Act as the site subject matter expert for the CMMS, providing guidance and support to local engineering teams.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with technicians and operational stakeholders to minimise disruption and maximise efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including stock levels, ordering, tracking, and inventory optimisation.
- Analyse equipment performance, maintenance history, and reliability data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities either as a hands-on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
- Experience working with a CMMS software Experience in managing spare parts inventories Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university. Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical field
- Experience using the Infor enterprise asset management (EAM) platform Experience with the processes required for rolling out a new CMMS system
- Experience in delivering training or coaching to colleagues
