About the role:
Operating within National School of Education , the Executive Assistant/Project Officer provides a range of general administrative support to the School of Education within the Faculty of Education and Arts, principally by supporting the National Head, School of Education. The position holder will manage a busy calendar and support a range of committees, for example, establishing agendas, minuting meetings and following up action items. Working closely (in support and under the direction of) the PA to the National Head, School of Education, the role has responsibility for managing the generic school inbox, triaging issues that are escalated to National Head level and undertaking general administration; as well as progressing workflows associated with the Office of the Head/Deputy Head. The position holder will gather, interpret and clarify a range of ACU Policies, Procedures and data in support of national initiatives and ensure workflows coming through the Office of the National Head and Deputy National Head progress smoothly and in a timely manner.

- Total remuneration value d to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
