Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role Metal Fabricator / Welder We are looking for a Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our team in a hands-on role covering both workshop and site work. This position offers flexible work hours, negotiable pay rates, and a good variety of work across fabrication, welding, machining, repairs, installation, and maintenance. This role would suit someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and is confident working across a range of jobs and welding processes. About the role Workshop and site-based fabrication and welding work MIG, TIG, and stick welding General fabrication, assembly, repair, and modification work Installation and maintenance work on-site Working with a range of automated processes and workshop equipment Reading drawings and following job requirements Maintaining a safe and tidy work area What we offer Flexible work hours Negotiable pay rates based on experience and ability Variety of work across different industries and job types Supportive team environment Stable ongoing work for the right person What we are looking for Experience in metal fabrication and welding Competence in MIG, TIG, and stick welding Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to problem solve and adapt to different jobs Driver’s licence preferred Desirable but not essential Forklift ticket Working at heights Confined space EWP or other relevant tickets Site experience We are looking for someone with a good attitude, solid practical skills, and the ability to produce quality work.
