We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will coordinate participant supports and staff across SIL and community settings while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centred service delivery.
This role requires someone organised, proactive, calm under pressure, and confident managing complex supports, staffing, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate participant supports across SIL and community settings
- Manage rosters, staffing coverage, and workforce coordination
- Support and lead Support Workers and House Leaders
- Develop and review support plans and risk assessments
- Liaise with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and allied health teams
- Monitor compliance, incidents, and service quality
- Support onboarding, transitions, and staff training
About You
- Experience within the NDIS/disability sector
- Experience coordinating SIL or complex supports
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Professional, organised, and team-focused
- Passionate about person-centred care
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a coordination or leadership role
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- National Police Clearance
- Driver’s Licence
- Immediate start available

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
Experience:
- NDIS Services Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
