Chiropractic Receptionist
Ipswich
Monday to Friday | 2:00pm – 7:30pm
$35.00 per hour (Casual)
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and fast-thinking receptionist to join our busy chiropractic clinic.
This is not a quiet reception role.
Our clinic sees a high volume of patients throughout the afternoon and evening, with multiple patients arriving every few minutes. This means there is always something happening, and the successful applicant must be comfortable working at a fast pace while maintaining a warm and professional attitude.
We are a small team, so everyone contributes to keeping the clinic running smoothly and presenting a professional environment for our patients.
We are a family-focused chiropractic clinic that believes in helping people improve their health naturally through chiropractic care, movement and healthy lifestyle choices. An interest in natural health, wellness and chiropractic care is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Managing a busy appointment schedule
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Supporting patient care programs
- Assisting chiropractors with daily clinic operations
- General administrative duties
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception and waiting area throughout the shift
- Completing light cleaning and tidying duties at the end of each day to help prepare the clinic for the following morning
Previous Experience
Experience in reception, customer service, medical administration or a fast-paced office environment is highly regarded, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
Hours
Monday to Friday
2:00pm – 7:30pm
27.5 hours per week
Position Type
Casual position with consistent weekly hours. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position in the future.
