Office Administrator – Cleaning Company

Greenview Construction Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, professional, and able to manage daily office administration duties in a fast-paced cleaning and construction environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Preparing quotes, invoices, and site documentation
Scheduling cleaners and coordinating daily work activities
Filing and maintaining company records
Assisting with payroll and timesheets
Communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Ordering office and cleaning supplies
General administrative and office support duties

Skills and Experience Required

Previous administration or office experience preferred
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in the cleaning or construction industry is an advantage
