The Opportunity Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate or do you have an Air Conditioning trade background?

This role is offered as a
12 month fixed-term contract
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Prepare regular reports and analyse project performance, opportunities, and targets
- Assist with presentations and support engagement with Consulting Engineers, Specifiers, and Mechanical Contractors
- Contribute to strategic planning and identify new project opportunities
- Support project negotiations to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Assist Business Managers with sourcing, quoting, and delivering large-scale projects
- Coordinate local projects, including scheduling, inventory, and delivery
- Support the development of training materials, product updates, and technical documentation
- Maintain relationships with industry bodies and stay informed on market trends
- Contribute to marketing initiatives across the product portfolio
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning trade background
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactive, positive, and safety-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional, results-driven approach with a strong work ethic
