Retail Level 1 Part-time/Casual – Hair & Beauty Wholesale

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Level 1 Part-time/Casual Team Member to join our hair and beauty wholesale business.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience or knowledge in hairdressing, hair colour, salon products, or beauty retail, and enjoys helping customers find the right products.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is available 3–4 days per week, including availability over the next few months.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment, assisting both retail customers and professional salon clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with product recommendations
Serving retail and wholesale clients
Using computer systems for sales, stock, and customer enquiries
Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-presented
Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
Learning about our product range and helping customers with confidence
Supporting the team with day-to-day store operations

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
Reliable and available 3–4 days per week
Able to start as soon as possible
Adaptable and willing to learn
Comfortable using computers and POS systems
Organised and able to work in a busy environment
A team player with a positive attitude

Required Skills / Experience

Hairdressing experience or strong hair industry knowledge is preferred
Basic computer skills
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of hair colour, treatments, salon products, or beauty products is highly regarded
