Casual Youth Housing Worker

Chameleon Housing is looking for passionate and motivated people to join our dynamic team as Casual Youth Housing Workers.

If you’re committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people and young families experiencing homelessness, this is your opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to residents, help young people build life skills, and contribute to creating safe and stable housing environments. Every shift brings the chance to empower someone toward a brighter, more independent future.

We’re seeking people who are reliable, empathetic, and confident in working with young people from diverse backgrounds. In return, you’ll join a friendly, dedicated team where your work truly matters, and no two days are ever the same.

Must-Haves:

A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
