Junior Café All-Rounder (Casual – 18 & Under)
Established & Busy Café – Camden NSW

We are a highly regarded, well-established local café located in the heart of Camden. Known for our premium specialty coffee, hot food, and incredible range of pastries, we are a bustling staple for the local community. We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere and running a smooth, well-organized workplace where our team can thrive.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable junior team member to join us as an All-Rounder. This role is all about energy and versatility—you are the face of the café, making sure our customers leave with a smile.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Some basic retail, fast-food, or café experience is highly preferred, but a fantastic attitude is the most important thing!
Attitude: Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
Skills: A natural smile, excellent communication, and a love for helping people.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a great team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing friendly front-of-house service (greeting customers, taking orders, and running food/drinks to tables).
Processing payments accurately at the counter.
Clearing and wiping down tables to keep the dining area looking immaculate.
Helping with basic food prep, restocking, and keeping the café clean and tidy.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and espresso team to keep things running smoothly.
