The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner, to drive continuous improvement across our student-facing digital experiences. In this role, you’ll own and optimise the product backlog across partner websites, ensuring high-value features are prioritised and delivered in line with product strategy and student needs. You’ll act as the voice of the student, working closely with UX/UI, CRO, Delivery and Technology teams to create seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
Your New Role:

Own and manage the product backlog, aligned to roadmap and business priorities
- Champion a customer-first approach, driving improvements in UX, engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, UX/UI, CRO, Tech) to deliver high-quality digital experiences
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements in Confluence
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Balance competing priorities (enhancements, defects, technical debt, SEO, security)
- Support QA, UAT and production validation during releases
- Lead delivery kick-offs and provide ongoing clarity to delivery teams
- Communicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readiness
- Build strong relationships across Digital, Marketing, Operations and Technology
Who We Need:

You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Owner with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. You’ll bring:

2-3 years experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in agile environments

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience advantageous)

Expertise in backlog management across multiple priorities
-
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting QA/UAT
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready solutions

A strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking approach
Bonus if you have experience with:

Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, Salesforce

CRO or digital optimisation environments

Education, retail or high-volume customer-focused industries
-
Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
