About X Gens Growth
X Gens Growth is an end-to-end growth and partnerships consultancy specialising in PropTech and real estate. We work on both sides of the ecosystem. For PropTech businesses, we scale revenue through outbound sales, meeting generation, and strategic partnerships. For real estate agencies, we clean and activate data, optimise existing systems, and implement automation, AI, and PropTech that actually gets used. If it does not get used, we do not implement it.
The Role
Your job is simple. Not easy. Simple.
Call. Qualify. Book. Move on.
Our internal team and AI handle calendar bookings, email and SMS confirmations, follow-ups, CRM logging, and campaign reporting. You stay on the phone.
What You Will Be Doing
Making outbound calls to real estate decision-makers. Running short, sharp qualification conversations. Identifying pain points and buying intent. Handing off qualified opportunities and moving straight to the next call. No chasing. No calendar juggling. No admin overload.

Who You Will Learn From
This role puts you in direct proximity to operators who have built and scaled revenue systems across PropTech and real estate. You will work closely with Hamish Harries and David Choi, co-founders of X Gens Growth, and have access to the thinking and frameworks of Rickie Jones, one of the sharper operators in the Australian tech space. If you are serious about building a career in growth, sales, or PropTech, this is not a training program. It is the real thing.
Where This Can Lead
This role is a starting point, not a ceiling. Prove yourself and you can move into full-cycle sales, client experience and account management, onboarding and implementation, or partnerships and growth roles. You will get hands-on exposure to automation, AI, and scalable systems. Progression is based on performance, not tenure.

Location
Australia-based required. Full working rights required. Gold Coast candidates are preferred for in-person coaching and collaboration. Strong performers based elsewhere in Australia will be considered.
