Dr Boom Waurn Ponds is looking for a smart-thinking individual to join our team as a Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Retail Sales Assistant.

About the Role

This role is a mix of technical repair work and retail customer service/sales, with added responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. You will:

Repair a wide range of devices (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo & more).
Provide outstanding customer service and find the right solutions for each customer.
Drive sales of phone accessories, repairs, and premium portable audio products.
Take ownership of shop presentation and inventory management, ensuring the store always looks professional and well-stocked.
Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Show initiative, reliability, and attention to detail in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in phone repairs, accessories, or a similar role (sales experience highly regarded).
A genuine passion for mobile technology.
Positive “can-do” attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Flexibility to work one weekend day if required.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Team player who thrives in a busy retail environment.
Someone who is ready to take responsibility, manage stock, and maintain excellent store presentation.
