About You
We're looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing positive behaviour support strategies
Demonstrates empathy, resilience, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
Can maintain professional boundaries while building positive, trusting relationships
Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
Holds a valid P2 or Open Driver Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
Has full working rights in Australia
Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Is open to completing required NDIS training and ongoing learning opportunities
