As a Maintenance Officer you will:

Independently identify, assess, and resolve maintenance issues during after-hours.
Prioritise and manage tasks to ensure continuity of service and safety across facilities.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure handover to the Maintenance Coordinator.
Conduct routine inspections and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Relevant building maintenance and construction knowledge
