Junior Office Administrator

Location: Geelong, VIC

About Us

Burnett’s Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned business that’s been serving the Geelong community since 1987. We supply high-quality plumbing products and are known for our friendly service, strong team culture, and long-standing relationships with local tradies.

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office tasks and play a key part in keeping everything on track. You don’t need years of experience – if you’re switched-on, organised, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

Managing paperwork for orders, invoices, and supplier statements
Performing accurate data entry into our systems
Following up with suppliers to resolve any issues
Providing general admin support to the team
Assisting our branch network when required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and organised
Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
A clear communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in an office or admin role is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
