What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
-
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of agriculture equipment in the field and in the workshop

Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them get the most from their machines

Accurately document all work completed, including parts used ad time taken

Travel to customer sites at short notice ad adapt to changing schedules as needed

Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners

Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent
-
Solid experience in Field Service, especially with heavy diesel equipment and major repairs
-
Experience with agricultural machinery will be highly regarded
-
Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, Hydraulics

Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and professional attitude

Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow

A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results

Holds relevant certifications or qualifications
