We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to play an integral role in delivering a $12M intersection upgrade project, working within TMR specifications and standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Fraser Coast team as we expand our capabilities beyond our well-established and successful subdivision business. We are building a dedicated team to deliver high-quality TMR infrastructure projects across the region, creating an opportunity for the right person to help shape and grow this area of the business.
Reporting to a highly experienced Senior Pro

About you:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. You will bring a solid understanding and experience of civil construction, along with extensive experience working within TMR (Transport and Main Roads) standards, specifications, and frameworks.

Key responsibilities will be:

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance
Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and TMR requirements where applicable
Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project’s financial performance
Manage and maintain client relationships
Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
