Key Responsibilities
You will be trained across all stations to ensure the team finishes the day strong:
- Front of House (FOH) & Drive-Thru: Provide fast, friendly service and manage POS transactions with accuracy.
- Back of House (BOH): Food preparation, cooking, and maintaining strict food safety standards. You'll manage late-night orders efficiently to keep wait times low.
- Closing Procedures: Execute deep-cleaning checklists, filter fryers, manage dishwashing, and ensure all kitchen and dining areas are secured for the night.
Availability & Shift Requirements
- Consistent availability for late-night finishes is essential.
Typical Finish Times
- Sun–Thu 10:30 PM
- Fri–Sat 12:30 AM
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.
- Stamina: Ability to maintain high energy and rigorous cleaning standards during the final hours of the day.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication skills.
- Transport: Reliable transport is essential to ensure a safe commute home after closing.
