The Role
In order to support our continued growth, we are seeking applications from Mobilisation Coordinators, Project / Administrative Support and Document Control professionals with experience in an engineering consulting environment to join a supportive, inclusive, friendly, and collaborative team in our Perth office.
This role is ideal for someone seeking variety, with key responsibilities including:
- Managing and tracking flight bookings and travel safety management plans for remote workers, both internationally and domestically.
- Monitor compliance, induction, and documentation requirements across project sites.
- Day-to-day administrative support for project managers and the wider engineering team.
- Assist with maintaining document control systems and processes for the engineering teams in our Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices.
- Coordinate with various departments, including finance, human resources, and safety to ensure document consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for reviews and audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control and mobilisation procedures.
Our Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in Mobilisations, Project Admin type roles and as a Document Controller, ideally supporting an engineering team, as well as:
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, workforce mobilisation, and site access requirements for remote or project-based personnel.
- Strong understanding of compliance, inductions, and mobilisation documentation, with the ability to track and manage requirements across multiple project sites.
- Experience with file management/document control platforms (such as Aconex, InEight, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise effectively.
- Savvy IT skills.
